Liza Serfontein Liza is an endurance coach & massage therapist. She studied Sport Science at the Rand Afrikaans University and has diplomas in Sports Psychology, Reflexology and Shiatsu massage. Donovan van Gelder Donovan is a veteran in multisports having competed in swimming, cycling and running events since 1986 and holds a diploma in Fitness & Nutrition. Engela Conradie Engela currently rides in the colours of Proline and first received her National Colours in 2000. Erica Green Erica is a USA Cycling Certified Coach (2001) as well as a certified sports massage therapist (Stellenbosch Univ.) and CSA certified coach. Lisa Baumann Lisa holds a BA(HMS) degree & HDE at Stellenbosch University. She also has an Exercise Leaders Diploma from the American College of sports medicine (ACSM) and a Therapeutic and Sport massage Diploma from the West London School of Massage. Keri Strachan Keri has been in private practice for about three years, having graduated from the University of Natal, PMB in 1997. She is currently studying for her masters in Nutrition she is hoping to complete by the end of 2008. Jacques Marais Jacques is a professional photographer and author who regularly contributes to a range of premium adventure-, travel- and outdoor magazines, both in SA and abroad. These include leading titles such as Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, Mountain Biker, Go Multi, Expressions, Discovery Magazine, Weg, Horizons, Time Out Guide, Gust, PIX and Maxim. He was also one of only 50 world-wide finalists in the acclaimed 2007 ILLUME International Extreme Sports Photography Competition. James Brawn 30year old James, have been working in the bicycle industry for 8 years and living bmx for 11years. West Coast BMX is the first BMX only store in SA and carries some of the best products on the market with an ever increasing range. Rowena Curr Rowena is a registered dietician who recently joined Keri Strachan's practice at the Kings Park Sports Medicine Centre in Durban. She also works for a company called Energi, with a high performance sports programme as well as consulting with clients in Pietermaritzburg.
